Who We Are
ChoicePoint was founded in 1997 by the husband and wife team of Ron and Sue Kertzner. ChoicePoint has been built on more than 40 years of combined experience in the corporate and not-for-profit worlds. During this time its founders increasingly saw the need for training corporations in the development of facilitative leadership skills. At the same time they both found themselves being called on to facilitate in major corporations, at high levels of government as well as the local community.
A key to ChoicePoint’s success has been the effective translation of business theories into practical application. As ChoicePoint has grown so has its reputation in excelling in building that critical bridge between theory and practice and making sense out of it for those in leadership and management roles. To achieve this ChoicePoint has a series of programs, each of which will be tailored to the needs of the client.
A natural expansion of ChoicePoint’s work into individual coaching came about as direct result of its corporate and community work. Individuals seek out the same learnings and apply to enhance their individual lives.
