Susan Jordan Kertzner
Susan Jordan Kertzner co-founded ChoicePoint consulting in 1997. Susan is a seasoned Executive Coach, Leadership Development specialist and Organization Development consultant. Over the past 20 years, Susan has personally coached over 2,000 executives from CEOs, Corporate Officers and Vice Presidents to Directors and entrepreneurs. She distinguished herself in the field of coaching when she became one of the first to receive the acclaimed International Coach Federation designation of Master Certified Coach in 1999.
Susan’s unique abilities in the field of Executive Development earned her teaching positions at GE’s renowned Leadership Development campus at Crotonville. She designed and launched a Collaborative Leadership Program which became a critical component at GE’s Management Development Course, a 3-week residential Leadership Development experience for GE’s “high potential” managers. She also created a “Mastering Personal Leadership” Program for GE, a learning process that engaged participants for 6 to 9 months in developing their leadership potential. Susan designed and taught core components of Intuit’s Leadership Development Program, focusing on collaborative leadership, emotional intelligence and self awareness. Susan has also taught at Motorola University and the Shell Learning Center.
Susan’s Executive Coaching clients report that it is the blend of real world management experience, a keen insight and a tool kit that is so broad and deep that enables her to “meet” her clients where they are to produce outstanding results. Susan has built her experience in Leadership Development on a strong foundation as a manger in the high tech industry and as Regional Managing Director for Interaction Associates, a national training and consulting company with offices in Boston and San Francisco. She also worked closely with Robert Fritz, founder of personal mastery and author of “The Path of Least Resistance.” Susan focuses on enabling the executives she coaches to unleash their authentic leadership presence and catalyses sustained growth and change for their organization.
Susan is co-author of Rediscovering the Soul of Business and Four Gateways Coaching. Susan has designed and led organization-wide change initiatives in both the private and public sectors across a wide spectrum of industries and interest groups: Energy, Finance, Healthcare, High tech, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Government & NGO’s.
