DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Ron
Fell is an experienced organization development consultant,
workshop leader and manager, with a wide range of professional
experiences in information technology, manufacturing,
non-profit and service organizations.
Ron has provided consulting services in leadership development,
collaborative problem solving, executive coaching, and
facilitation skills development to a variety of organizations
including:
· General Electric: taught Mastering Personal
Leadership skills in the Management Development Course;
facilitated a strategic planning session for ERC; and
taught Essential Facilitation to managers in Stamford.
· Sun Microsystems: taught Facilitation Skills
to Black Belts and program managers.
· Air Liquide: Provided consulting and executive
coaching to the senior leadership team concerning effective
team functioning and the development of cross-functional
teams to address high-priority issues.
· Other clients have included: The Carter Presidential
Center, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and McData Corporation.
As Senior Principal and Director of Human Resources
and Finance at American Management Systems for nine
years, he developed and managed the recruiting, employee
relations, salary and performance review, and financial
management functions for a $100 million business unit.
He provided organization development consulting to executive
managers during several re-organizations, acquisitions
of other firms, integration of other AMS business units
and updates to the business strategy.
As Manager of Organization Development for Nissan Motor
Manufacturing,
he designed and conducted team building sessions, senior
management
retreats, and managed the annual company-wide survey-guided
development
process.
Ron holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
He also received an M.S. in Industrial Administration
and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
He
serves on the Board of Directors of a national non-profit
organization focused on changing the paradigm on aging
in our culture. He also chairs a local non-profit.
JUAN
PABLO MOBILI,
INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT
Juan
Pablo Mobili, a consultant who promotes partnership,
leadership, and integrity as requirements for meeting
ambitious corporate goals. He provides businesses in
Europe, Latin America, and the United States with opportunity
for ongoing success by delivering programs designed
to develop individual and team skills, leadership, and
innovative company-wide strategies.
Juan’s

programs for Coca Cola USA and Sprint examined attitudes
and focused on developing tools for effective communication.
Juan’s efforts in organization renewal and the
facilitation of management-union relations have boosted
results for clients like Warner-Lambert, Abitibi Consolidated,
and Mack Trucks.
Other
highlights of his experience include leadership and
presentation skills development, and coaching internal
consultants, for G.E. Capital and United Technologies
Corp. Currently, Juan is actively involved in consulting
The Colomer Group, a multi-national company based in
Bercelona, Spain, on articulating and executing their
worldwide vision and strategic mission through Europe,
USA, and Latin America.
Juan
was educated in Argentina and the U.S. with emphasis
on the philosophy of language and social anthropology.
He is also certified as a Zenger Miller instructor,
and is fluent in Spanish and English.
Translating
works to and from Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese enhances
Juan’s understanding of the nuances of language
and culture in business communication. He is a published
poet and the director of an international book collection.
The collection’s concern with reconciling our
sense of personal authenticity and ownership with the
obligations of being a leader in business echoes the
respect Juan extends in his commitment to provide lasting
and meaningful business counsel.
TRAINING
AND DEVELOPMENT
•
Conducted a needs assessment analysis and designed a
diversity awareness program for all Coca Cola USA's
syrup plants. The program focused on examining people's
attitudes toward differences and developing tools for
communicating more effectively.
•
Translated, customized and delivered a three-day workshop
for all non-management personnel at Warner-Lambert Inc.’s
pharmaceutical plant in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. The
program was designed to establish a new organizational
mindset regarding quality and collaboration.
•
Translated, customized and delivered a five-day leadership
program for Revlon. The program was delivered in Spanish
and Portuguese in São Paulo (Brazil), Caracas
(Venezuela) and Barcelona (Spain).
•
Delivered a eight-day training session for United Technologies
Corp.’s internal consultants. All UTC companies
sent their consultants from USA and Canada to these
sessions. The focus of the program was assessment, inter-personal,
and team-facilitation skills.
•
Translated, customized and delivered a three-day program
for Revlon, dealing with developing team effectiveness
and forming new strategies for the future of the organization.
The program was delivered in Spanish in Barcelona (Spain).
•
Delivered a three-day course on Presentation Skills
for all Sales Managers from NIKE’s Latin-American
Sales Division. The emphasis of the program was in developing
a consultative, customer-focused approach to sales.
•
Delivered interpersonal and presentation skills training
courses to the majority of G.E. Capital’s management
team responsible for business in the Pacific Rim. The
courses took place in Melbourne, Australia, over two
consecutive weeks.
• Delivered and train internal trainers, on a leadership development course for G.E. Capital’s managers throughout Europe. The course took place in Prague, Czech Republic.
• Designed a variety of programs for Revlon’s and The Colomer Group’s managers throughout Europe. These courses will focus on team building, people skills, and meeting facilitation, and will involve the training of internal trainers in all their European locations.
CONSULTING
•
Developed, and conducted an ongoing coaching program
for MOBIL’s Corporate Systems & Computer Services
Division's managers and supervisors to train them to
coach their staff. Worked one-on-one with over forty
managers and professionals.
•
Consulted the management core team, within MOBIL's Computer
Operations, responsible for coordinating the relocation,
installation and wiring of all mainframe systems used
worldwide.
•
Consulted individually all program managers in AT&T’s
Long Distance-Revenue Acquisition Division in developing
and implementing a host of projects designed to assess
and redefine their marketing strategy.
•
Co-designed and facilitated a program, called "Building
a Future", for Mack Trucks. The sessions were intended
to improve the level of mutual understanding and collaboration
necessary to meet the plant’s production and quality
goals consistently. It involved all unionized workers,
managers, and local UAW officials.
•
Designed and delivered a two-day session, called “The
Business of Coca-Cola,” regarding Customer and
Vendor Business Analysis for Coca-Cola USA’s syrup
branches. The main focus was to increase managers and
associates’ knowledge and understanding of the
company’s market strategy, challenges and expectations
from its employees.
• Conducted a needs assessment analysis, and developed
a cultural diversity training program for Sprint’s
Business Sales division geared to identify and intervene
on issues directly related to employee productivity
and satisfaction.
•
Conducted a six month long team development program
for Cargill’s Fertilizer Division executive management
team and their direct reports. This intervention’s
focus on their ability to coordinate action and develop
a consistent mood of cooperation among their businesses
worldwide. Among those personally coached were the marketing
managers for Latin America and Asia, among others
